Brookfield is a deed-restricted community of four hundred and fifty-four townhomes and villas in the heart of Countryside on the edge of Clearwater, Florida. We are a diverse blend of singles, families and senior homeowners.

Developed between 1991 and 1999, the community consists of ninety-seven buildings with between two and six units each. There are twenty-four different models ranging in size from approximately one thousand to over two thousand square feet of living space. In addition, each home has a garage in front and a screened-in lanai and fenced courtyard in the back.

Brookfield residents enjoy the use of two recreational facilities. The main complex, located in the southwest area of the community, consists of a clubhouse with full kitchen, two tennis courts and a large pool and spa. A second facility in the northeast corner has a cabana, pool and spa.

In addition to operating and maintaining the recreation facilities and common area, the Homeowners Association provides for the maintenance of the lawns, roof repairs, trash removal, subterranean termite protection, and other services necessary for the smooth operation of the community. The Association also maintains reserves for the exterior painting of homes and roof and fence replacement.

Other features which make Brookfield a preferred community in the Countryside area include being within five minutes of a major mall, ten minutes of a twenty-screen movie theatre and the many fine restaurants which are nearby.
